Roundtable: Learning Methods— Which Ones Work?

We sent out a learning survey in December 2021 where our goal was to understand the types of learning methods employees are using and the ones that work best within their organization. We received over 1600 responses, and, in this roundtable, we’ll share some interesting insights from that data and pose some thought-provoking questions about how L&D functions can choose learning methods that work for their organization.
