About Summit
RedThread Summit is three days for senior HR leaders who want to think -- really think -- about where work is heading and what to do about it.
Not a conference. A working retreat at Snowbird, Utah, June 23-25. Here's what we're driving toward for every person who attends.
3 new ideas you didn't walk in with. Sessions grounded in RedThread's research, built around what participants actually need. The agenda takes shape through conversations Dani and Stacia have with every attendee before Snowbird.
2 people you feel a real connection with. Not a LinkedIn connection for later. People you'll actually call. The group is small by design, and three days in the mountains has a way of accelerating trust.
1 new experiment you're going to run. Something concrete you co-created and can take back to your organization. Not inspiration. Something you can do on Monday.
Summit is invite-only. Dani Johnson and Stacia Garr, co-founders of RedThread talk with every person who applies.
The Summit Experience

Co-Create
The Summit starts long before we meet in Snowbird. We’ll invite early registrants to help shape the experience — from topics to structure to before- and after-event workshops. You’ll have a hand in building what matters most to this group of leaders.

Work
Three days of deep work. Small-group dialogues, collaborative sessions and hands-on exploration of the questions shaping people and work today. It’s structured enough to focus, open enough to think freely, and grounded in research and lived experience.

Play
On the second afternoon, we step outside for a reset. Snowbird’s mountain trails, Alpine Slide, Mountain Coaster, Ropes Courses, and fresh air offer space to reflect and reconnect before heading back into conversation.

Dine
On the evening of Day 2, we meet for dinner at the Summit—the highest restaurant in Utah. It’s a moment to step back, connect, and see the Wasatch range from a new perspective before diving into the final day’s sessions.
