What to Expect at ELEVATE
The world of work is shifting fast—and not always in ways that make sense.
At ELEVATE, we’re tackling 5 megatrends shaping the future of HR and leadership. We’ll explore what these shifts mean, how they’re already impacting people teams, and what smart leaders are doing about it. Expect sharp insights, real talk, and ideas you can actually use.
This isn’t a sit-and-listen kind of event—we’re drawing on the brains in the room to make sense of it all.
What We'll Explore
Geopolitical Unrest
Global instability is reshaping roles, regions, and responsibilities faster than ever.

Growth w/o People Focus
Aggressive growth is outpacing morale, development, and capacity—creating risk across the pipeline.

Employer / Employee Power Struggles
After years of employee leverage, organizations are quietly regaining control—reigniting tensions and resistance.

Skills / Workforce Mismatch
Too few workers, too little alignment—what people know isn’t matching what work demands.

AI at Scale, Not in Beta
AI is moving from test phase to transformation—changing roles, workflows, and expectations fast.

Who Should Attend?
✔️ Senior HR, Talent, L&D, and People Analytics leaders at Fortune 1000 companies.
✔️ Forward-thinkers who want to challenge assumptions and drive real change.
✔️ Leaders who believe that HR’s future is redefined not by lectures, but by conversations, collaboration, and curiosity.
❌ Not for vendors, service providers, or early-career professionals.
❌ Not for those looking for passive learning - this is an interactive, high-impact experience.
Who's Coming?
The Experience
ELEVATE isn’t a spectator event. It's designed to be just uncomfortable enough to shake us out of the day-to-day: new voices, unexpected formats, no default answers. It’s a chance to step back from the grind, challenge assumptions, and do the kind of thinking the future demands.
Conversations, not Keynotes
Open conference formats—fishbowls, co-creation, no slides. Just real conversations and shared insights, not staged presentations.
Designed for Connection
Build lasting connections through curated outdoor activities, collaborative dinners, and deep small-group discussions.
Space to Think Clearly
Snowbird’s mountain views and natural light spark clarity, creativity, and deeper exploration of bold ideas.
The Right People
A 100ish-person, invite-only group of HR, L&D, and analytics leaders—curated for high-quality, high-impact dialogue.
Agenda
ELEVATE is an immersive, collaborative, and outcome-driven event shaped by senior HR leaders. Rather than a packed agenda of keynotes and panels, it centers on evolving, relevant discussions. While the structure is set, the content will adapt to ensure a highly interactive and impactful experience. Below is a general overview of the core format.
