Member Success Manager, Memberships

This role will partner with RedThread leadership to support current and potential members understand and leverage the value of a research membership from www.redthreadresearch.com. The person appropriate for this position will be a self-starter, continuous learner, curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven to find better ways to do things.

High level responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with RedThread leadership on identifying a strategy for developing and nurturing relationships with members, with a focus on scalable communications and interactions. Skills needed include:
    • Strategy development
    • Communication
    • Market research & benchmarking
    • Creation of resources and support materials
    • CRM management

 

  • Collaborate with RedThread leadership to translate the member success strategy into copy, features, functionality, and product offerings for members on the website. Skills needed include:
    • Product definition & management
    • Member journey mapping and associated product development
    • Market research & benchmarking

 

  • Lead member success activities, including new member onboarding (enterprise-level), relationship nurturing, member-specific events, and renewal conversations. Collaborate with marketing and product management as necessary for these outcomes. Skills needed include:
    • Relationship management
    • Communication
    • Operational efficiency
    • Organization
    • CRM management

 

  • Support the implementation of new technologies to support members. This includes the implementation and maintenance of a new CRM, connections between the CRM and the website, new technologies that may enhance member engagement and interactions, etc. Skills needed include:
    • CRM implementation (support)
    • Curiosity mindset about tech
    • Virtual event management
