Earlier this year, we decided to understand where we are in the great performance management experiment. We found that the effectiveness of modern performance management depends on organizations using three levers: culture, capability of managers, and clarity.
Over the course of the last six months, we conducted an extensive literature review, ran a survey with 368 respondents, and interviewed more than 20 HR leaders on their performance management practices. We have highlighted a few of our crucial findings from our research in this infographic. You can also download the full report here and register to attend our webinar on the topic here. We would like to thank Glint for sponsoring our research.
As always, we would love your feedback. If you have thoughts, please share in the comments section below!
